Hi I'm Sarah

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Sarah. I am the oldest of 2 siblings (four if you count our cat and dog). I grew up in Massachusetts before my family moved to Texas. I graduated high school in 2015 and have since attended BYU-Idaho. When I was a freshman in high school my dad was diagnosed with a cancer that was supposed to kill him. Through the power of faith and fasting, a miracle happened and the cancer evolved into something treatable. Fast forward to senior year, and a week after one of my best friends passed away from cancer my mom told me and my sister of her diagnosis of breast cancer. She was treated, and both are in remission. At BYU-Idaho I am studying English and Communications. Last year I made the decision to serve an 18 month mission and just a few weeks ago I recieved my mission call to Eugene Oregon! I will be reporting to the Provo MTC May 17th.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day because of my faith. I am a Mormon because I know of the truthfulness of the gospel and have seen how it blessed both my and other's lives.

How I live my faith

Faith is an action word. I strive to pray morning and night and read and study my scriptures. I attend the temple as often as my schedule allows. I serve others and attend church.
