Hi I'm Aimee

I'm a Mormon. I've grown up all over the United States. I love being a mom and playing soccer. I love my redheaded husband.

About Me

I'm a BYU-Idaho Elementary Education graduate, mother of two, lover of sports, family time, random crafts, and teaching. I can't manage to keep my house clean longer than ten minutes at a time but I'd rather be with my boys, anyways. I love holidays and one day when I have a home of my own it will be decorated full tilt for all of them.

Why I am a Mormon

Being a member of this church, I have been hugely blessed. I know of God's love for all and I have felt it explicitly for me. All of my darkest hours there has been a light surrounding me and I have known, despite the desperate situation, that I was far from alone. I live a life with all of the little every day worries but none of the mammoth ones. Somehow I know that everything will work out and the Lord will be with us through it all. I know of His son, Jesus Christ, and I am grateful for the opportunity that his sacrifice has given me to correct mistakes and come closer to Him. I am relieved that the imperfections of this life can be wiped away and new journeys begun every day. I am grateful for this all-encompassing love. In the name of His son, Jesus Christ, amen.

How I live my faith

I am blessed to be the secretary for the women's group of the church. I help to organize lessons and activities and send out weekly and reminder emails. I've also had the opportunity to teach the girls in the 8-11 year age group on Wednesday nights. I have enjoyed the activities and the time that I've spent with the members and the girls.
