Hi I'm Sandie

I come from a big family, now I have a big family of my own, I love to read, can everything my husband grows and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a "stay at home" mom, I run 3 businesses, My husbands plumbing business, our shared rental business and my own home business. I keep pretty busy with 3 kids still at home and 4 grown with their own kids. I love being a grandma and keeping in touch with all 8 of my grandchildren! My husband and grown children including all of my grandchildren sadly have no interest in being "Mormon" but my 3 kids that still live at home each have amazing testimonies of the restored gospel of Jesus Christ :) I am a very lucky woman!

Why I am a Mormon

I love being a Mormon! I know that this is Jesus Christs church, I know because I have prayed for answers and many times I have received the very answers I needed! I know that the church places NO restrictions on us members, we restrict ourselves when we choose paths that lead us away from our Father in Heaven and Jesus Christ! I am happy and healthy and free from addictions, I have a stable home where I am loved and family members I love. I know this happiness comes from living the standards of the church! Trials come to all, but Faith in Jesus Christ gives us peace and strength to overcome them. Being a Mormon just makes sense, logically as well as spiritually, read the Bible and Book of Mormon together and add prayer - you too can gain a testimony of the truths within! Miracles happen all the time!

How I live my faith

I live my faith by accepting any and all callings (assignments) in the church. Presently I am the Young Women President, I work with all young women from age 12-18. Serving them has been a great joy in my life! A visiting teacher is a woman who has a list of women she visits and shares a message with every month, this calling has truly blessed my life as well! These women on my "list" have become great friends, as I visit them, my own problems melt away! Heavenly Father gives me the time I need to visit them because when I look at my crazy schedule I sure don't have time for these visits, but they work and I love everyone I visit teach! I also, have family prayer every morning and evening, family home evening every Monday night, and family scripture study, my husband does not always participate but these activities bring the spirit into our home and make it a great place where we all feel safe and happy.
