Hi I'm Carolyn

I grew up in Alaska. I am a wife, mother, and cosmetologist. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I've lived most of my life up in Alaska. I met my husband while going to school in Utah and brought him back with me. I am a hairdresser, but more importantly I am a mother. I have 3 beautiful babies that are my world. I like trying new things. I try to be creative. I start a lot of different projects. Therefore I have a lot of started projects, not very many finished:) I'm not a runner, I wish I was, but I've ran a full marathon. Hopefully more to come. I love my family more then anything.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the Mormon religion but I wasn't "converted" until I was an adult. I went through many struggles and trials. I still do. When I start to question or doubt my life or my beliefs, I have to remind myself to step back and remember why I am here and what my purpose in life is. That is the only thing that is important. All of the other stuff is small potatoes. I am thankful for the missionaries that came into my life and helped and encouraged me to try to live the teachings of the gospel. I assume it will always be a struggle simply because it has been my whole life. I know if I do what I supposed to and surround myself with uplifting people that I can do this...be the person I want to be.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being honest in me dealings with others. I try to volunteer and give service to others as much as possible. Mostly, I try to just be the best person I can be.
