Hi I'm Julee

I am a Horse Lover. I am an active participant on an Equestrian Performance Team. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I have always had a love of horses and a desire to preserve our western heritage. I bought my first horse when I was a young girl. I have been fortunate to have had the sound of hoofbeats trotting alongside me throughout my life. My husband, myself and our five children have enjoyed experiencing life together on a small ranch. I am involved with an equestrian drill team that performs in many rodeos and western festivals and has been honored to ride in the prestigious Tournament of Roses parade multiple times.

Why I am a Mormon

The beauty of this life and world have always led me to know that it was created by a loving Father in Heaven. I have felt the comfort of learning about a pathway that leads back to heaven from the teachings of the Church of Jesus Christ. My heart fills with joy and my mind is put at ease when I hear the words of truth and guidance from the scriptures, righteous church leaders, and prayer. I am appreciative of being able to attend church meetings and activities where my soul whispers to me that the good messages I am hearing are of great value for today and in the eternities. The guidelines are a recipe for a happy loving family life filled with fun wholesome activities, lasting joy and a peaceful heavenly destination.

How I live my faith

My Mormon faith encourages devotion and respect for family and community service. We are reminded that no self-serving person is truly happy. Even as young children and teens, serving others and the sharing of kind deeds is encouraged. With our involvement with horses, we help to organize western events, youth treks, and school visits honoring our history. It seems that with the high tech computer focused world that we live in, the dimension of animals and nature serve as an important reminder about the textured beauty and challenging realities of this life and the wonderful lessons we can learn from them. I find that my faith provides answers to questions that even the most educated people of all time have searched for. This gives my life and my family peace and solace in a confusing world.
