Hi I'm David

I am a forensic toxicologist, a husband, a father of four kids, and a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in Salt Lake City. I moved to Mesa Arizona when I was two years old. I went to High School in Bountiful Utah and served a LDS mission in Ventura California. After my mission I graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Secondary Education with a Major in Chemistry. I have worked as a forensic toxicologist since 1994. Through my many years in this field I have interfaced with scientists, police officers, attorneys, and others in the field of criminal justice. I enjoy serving the community in this field.

Why I am a Mormon

For me, the church and it's doctrine answer many questions about the purpose of life and the plan for us. The church also teaches much about how we can find satisfaction in family life and that relationships are where we find the most growth and ultimately the most happiness. The church also answers many questions about who our Heavenly Father and Jesus are, and why they are interested in us.

How I live my faith

I currently serve as the Sunday school president in our ward. This job oversees the classes and teachers who serve in the sunday school organization. I love teaching and learning the doctrines of the gospel. I enjoy discussing aspects of our faith with any who are interested and I try to treat my fellowmen as I would want to be treated.
