Hi I'm Ethan

I'm from Fresno, California. I'm the oldest of four kids, and I love to play the piano. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to read, play the piano, play video games, and hang out with my friends and family. I received my mission call in May and I enter the MTC in Provo, Utah at the end of August in preparation for service in the Poland Warsaw Mission. After returning from my mission, I will be attending BYU in Provo to study Computer Engineering.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born a Mormon. In the last 18 years, spending time in church, attending seminary, and reading the scriptures has shown me time and time again that this is the Lord's Church. I have a testimony that Joseph Smith was a prophet of God, and that he did translate the Book of Mormon. I know that my Savior died for me, so that I could be cleansed of sin and live with my family in God's presence forever.

How I live my faith

I try to be the best example I can. I attend seminary and I love the spirit that is present in the seminary program. I home teach with my grandpa, which means we go to a home and teach them more about the blessings of Christ. This blessing helps prepare me for when I teach investigators on my mission. I try to visit the temple regularly and I love going there because of the sacred feelings I get. I participate regularly in the tending of a vineyard, a welfare project for our area, by picking the grapes it produces, and turning them into raisins. The raisins are stored for a time and then distributed to wherever in the world they are needed.
