Hi I'm Kisepi Hokafonu

I'm a first generation Tongan-American from California, I served my mission in the Georgia Atlanta North Mission y soy Mormón!

About Me

The Lord had allowed me to represent His church for 2 marvelous years from October 2011 to October 2013. It was such an honor and blessing to serve in the great Georgia Atlanta North Mission. I was born just 40 miles south of San Francisco at Stanford University in Palo Alto and was raised in the East Bay Area. I love my parents eventhough Im the one who gets blamed for my siblings faults. My older sister also served a mission in the Cape Verde Praia mission and my younger sister finished from the Pennsylvania Pittsburgh/Maryland Baltimore Mission! I am currently the 2nd Counselor in the Young Men in the Union City 2nd Tongan Ward and I also have my Primary 10-11 year old class that I teach. I love my callings because it teaches me more about the gospel, and it's crazy to think about it. I know that Heavenly Father loves us all equally and that He has a plan for each and everyone of us. We all fall and come short but I also know that Heavenly Father understands our situation and we constantly learn! For great is the work, and blessed are those who labor diligently. Les amo mucho.

Why I am a Mormon

My faith was tested and it still is. It strengthens my testimony to know that there are people in this world that are trying so hard to destroy this church. Another Testament of Jesus Christ adds another witness to me and to you all that Jesus is the Christ..the Book of Mormon.

How I live my faith

Any time I can get the chance to serve others is how I live my faith because charity is the pure love of Christ. Helping out the less fortunate really opens my eyes and we can all help everyday even when its not a Holiday. I truly feel my Saviors love when I do so.
