Hi I'm Christina.

I'm a mother of three. I enjoy running & crafts and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a mother to three very beautiful, loving, smart and kind children. They make life so much more interesting and challenging. And yet it gives me so much purpose and fulfillment to my life. I love all things crafty. And on days when time permits, I enjoy running. It gives me time to clear my head and helps me to better deal with the stresses of life. I am grateful for a wonderful husband and family who support me and show me unconditional love.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because, even though I was born into this gospel, I have gained my own personal testimony through fasting, the power of prayer and personal revelation. I know that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is true. And that Joseph Smith went to a grove of trees and really did see God the Father and His Son Jesus Christ. And that through him the Church was restored here upon the earth. What also amazes me about this man is that without a formal education he was able to translate the Book of Mormon, with the Lord's help. That book can give us answers which we are seeking. I love the feeling that even though we live in a world of confusion and uncertainty, there's a place that I can go to where I can feel safety, peace and love. Because of the things that I have felt and experienced in this life, I will never deny my God or his Church, even if it means my very life. For anyone out there contemplating joining the Mormon church. I say to you that there is nothing, and I mean nothing, in this world that can give you as much truth, comfort and true happiness than that which you can gain from belonging to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Everything I have or gained has been because of my faith in my Savior. Which life will you choose?

How I live my faith

I live my faith by keeping the the commandments, that our Heavenly Father has given to us. I also attend my church meetings. And I show the unconditional love, that my Savior has shown to me, to those around me. I also try to be a good example to others.

What do Mormons believe is the purpose of life?

We believe we were chosen to come to earth to prove that we can be obedient to the commandments of our Heavenly Father, to gain a body, and learn how to have an Eternal family. We have families to teach us how we can be like Heavenly Father, using responsibility wisely. We raise children and teach them to love God, and one another. We teach them to choose the right, in any situation. And after we die, we are resurrected to the same glory that we were worthy of in our earthly life. Our perfect resurrected soul reflects how diligent we were in life to honor our family stewardships and our desires to choose the right. Show more Show less

What do Mormons believe about family?

We believe that families can be together, not only in this life but for eternity. But it also depends on our faithfulness and how obedient we are willing to be in this life. There is also a special place where this happens, called temples. And only those with authority can help give to you this blessing: an eternal wedding or "sealing." Show more Show less
