Hi I'm Cameron

I grew up on a small farm in an Idaho valley. I go to school and enjoy mechanic work. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up a farmer and learned how to work early. I am in college majoring in Mechanical Engineering. Growing up I enjoyed working on cars and engines, especially in the process of restoring cars. In the summer I helped run a program for scouts that taught leadership through a week long camping experience. In high school I played many different sports and served on the student council as a class officer for a few years. I love talking with and getting to know people and strange as it may sound I enjoy presenting to groups.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the LDS Church and both of my parents were active members. That however, is not why I remain a member of this church. I came to know through my teenage years of the truthfullness of the Church. I was able to feel the spirit for the first time when hearing a friend testify of their beliefs. After that event I wanted to know for myself just as they did. Through a process of study and prayer I was able to slowly build a testimony of Christ and his gospel. I live the beliefs of the LDS Church ultimately because it makes me happy. I have found more lasting joy from living the principles of Christ gospel than I have from any other source. While other pursuits may bring a temporary happiness nothing compares to the peace and joy I feel in living the Gospel.

How I live my faith

I live my faith everyday through the small choices that I make. Things as simple as keeping my language clean or being kind to others whenever I have the oppurtunity. I strive to show others the treatment the Lord would want them to have.
