Hi I'm Aleah

I am a high school student. I am an example to others. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hi my name is Aleah. I enjoy participating in school choir and church choir. I actively participate in church and school activities such as various clubs throughout my school and young women activities.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I love Jesus Christ. I know He is my Savior and that He died for my sins. I know that the Atonement is real and that we can repent for our sins. I know that my Heavenly Father loves me and that I am His daughter. I know that I was sent to earth for a reason and that I have a mission here on earth. I know that families can be together forever through temple covenants. I know that baptism is real and that our sins can truly be washed away. I know that if you keep the Commandments of God that His Spirit can dwell with you.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by ''standing as witness of God at all times and in all things and in all places.''

How do I become a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Mormon Church)?

In order to become a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints you must first be baptized ''by immersion for the remission of sins'' (Article of Faith #4). This is a necessary ordinance because once you are baptized you can receive many other blessings. An important reason to be baptized is because Jesus Christ was baptized when He was on earth. If the most Perfect person alive was baptized that gives us so many reasons to become baptized. Show more Show less

What are Mormon Temples used for?

Mormon temples are used for sacred ordinances that can be obtained once you are a member of the Church. The first ordinance of the gospel is ''...first baptism by immersion for the remission of sins...'' (Article of Faith #4). In order to obtain these blessings you must first follow the example of Christ through baptism. Show more Show less
