Hi I'm kevin

I live in the desert of Phoenix AZ. My family means the world to me. I love anything with a motor. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My family means everything to me. I have been born to parents that have taught me to be the best that i can be and I continure to be amazed at how much I learn from them. I especially am learning much from them now that I am a father myself. I love being a dad and am so grateful for my wonderful wife. My family is a source of so much of my happiness and joy. When Im working I'm roofing, which I enjoy very much. When I'm playing I'm outdoors dirtbiking and mountain biking. Camping and woodworking are also favorites of mine.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a mormon because I want to be. I really love it and i know that as I earnestly try to live the principles taught by Jesus Christ, I will be happy and have satisfaction in all that I do. I know this because I have tried to live otherwise. I always felt as though something was missing and my path in life was confusing and led nowhere. When I read the Book of Mormon for the first time I felt something. As I continued to read I found myself wanting to read more and more and more. I eventually wanted to know if everything that I had been taught and read about was true, so I did exactly what the Book of Mormon said to do. I just prayed and asked God to help me know for sure. In time, I had my answer that I had been looking for. I had an overwhelming feeling that all of it , the Book of Mormon, Joseph Smith, and the LDS church was true. I also had an overwhelming desire to do good and to be a better person. Something that I had failed to feel doing anything else , ever. I love that feeling. I love being a Mormon.

How I live my faith

One of the ways that I get to share my love of Jesus Christ and of the Mormon faith is through helping other people gain a knowledge of the Savior and of the truthfulness of the Book of Mormon. I am lucky to work with the younger members of the Mormon faith. The teenagers today have alot of hardships and tough things to deal with. At home, at school, online. They are constantly bombarded with messages that leave them feeling alone or of little or no worth. EVERYONE is important and special in different ways. God is our Father and loves each and every one of us. I am so grateful to be able to help the youth learn these and other important lessons that will fill them with confidence and help them make good choices.
