Hi I'm Amber

I grew up in Idaho, went to college in Utah, and now I am living in Colorado with my husband and 3 sons. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Growing up I had many experiences hiking in the forest floating on a river, and just going out in the backyard and listening to and seeing nature. I am very sensitive to how beautiful our world is and I love it. With my three young boys, we don't do as much of those things as I would like right now, but I do try to take the opportunity to help them enjoy nature and to see. In college I studied music, family science, and business. I have found that what satisfies me most is nurturing my relationships with those I love and appreciating life.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and was baptized at eight years old, becoming a member. I am a member today because of a burning testimony in me, sought out by me in my youth and confirmed to me continually, that this church is organized through the the direction of Heavenly Father and our Savior, Jesus Christ, restored through the Prophet Joseph Smith.

How I live my faith

I try to live my faith everyday in my family as I read scriptures to my sons and try to be an example to them of living the gospel. I hope that someday my sons will pray to know of the truth about the gospel and our lives here on Earth and in the next life. I pray to my Heavenly Father and seek for his guidance in my life. I am serving and have served in many different ways in our church. It is very personal to me to serve and my love grows for those around me as I do.
