About Me

I'm Panamanian. I do not speak English, but I want to share something of my life in the church. :) Study a degree in Customs Administration at the University of Panama, I specialize in the shipping and port below. I love to make others happy, spending time with children or elderly, whether in an orphanage or a home, and visit the sick. I love sports, walking (enjoying nature) and have fun with my family and friends.

Why I am a Mormon

Why are we here? where we go after we die? these and many other questions that I did was for 15 years, I was sad to think that if my love for my family was so great, would have to separame of when they die, this led me to want to investigate, once known a young woman, which I indicated that missionaries of the Church of Jesus Christ were visiting, I asked him to tell them to visit me, after 2 days they came to visit me, and did all the questions that had always been, they I spoke of the Restoration of the gospel of Jesus Christ and thanks to this family could be together forever, I left a book of Mormon and asked me to read 2 Nephi 31 where he speaks of baptism DONE they asked me to pray after reading and ask God if it was true what they had taught, that same day when they left, I read and I kneel for the first time in my life, to know if you had read was true, a feeling of total peace and security and invaded me I felt that all was well, and want that same day to do what I had read to be baptized in this church, the next day when they returned I told him what had happened and told them of my desire to be baptized in his church, The Church Jesus Christ, and so was, I had never gone to church and after a week I was baptism, my 1 st Sunday in the church was the Sunday after my baptism that day I received the Holy Spirit, and since then I have known and feel the love of my Savior in my life, I know without a doubt that this is the Church of Jesus Christ, that the priesthood is the power of God on earth, just as in antiquity, the Book of Mormon is true, families can be together forever and that if everyone reads the Book of Mormon with the Bible and does what it says in James 1:5 may know and feel like me that these things are true.

How I live my faith

I am a member of the Church from 8 years ago, I had many questions about the purpose of life, felt that no member of another church gave the answers I needed to hear, so I asked to visit the missionaries, and when that happened my change of life, I felt that this was what had been expecting. When I turned 18 I was called to teach Sunday school for adults in my neighborhood, though she felt she was not prepared was led by the Lord, from there, I served as Primary president, seminary teacher and the first counselor of the Young women. When he was 21 years old I Serving as full-time missionary in the beautiful country of Honduras, therefore, my love for the people grew and I could see miracles in my life and the lives of those people. I love my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and I've seen your hand in my life, and give thanks for his atonement. Every week I attend the temple. I am honored to know that the Lord is aware of me, despite my imperfections, God has answered the questions of my heart through His gospel, thanks to this I can know and feel certain that our life here on the earth has a purpose and that families can be together forever.
