Hi I'm Dolores

I'm a Mormon. I grew up in California, attended San Fransico State College, taught school for fourty years, and I am a mormon.

About Me

I taught elementary education for twenty years and special education for twenty years in Utah and California. I received my bachelor's degree at San Fransico State College and the rest of my education was done at varies colleges and universities in California. I went on a mission to Thailand and Nigeria. I love to read historical novels and my scriptures. I enjoy taking long walks and bicyling, even at 77 years old. My greatest intrest are in my children and grandchilren. Another hobby of mine is flying with my husband.

Why I am a Mormon

My ancestors trecked accross the plains in the 1800's. My great, great grandfather helped settle Provo, Utah. From this heritage, my parents taught me the gospel at a very young age. Through their teachings I gained my own testimony. This gospel has been a guide to me throughout my life. I am so thankful for my heritage and the many blessings that it has brought into my life. Although I've had many trials and tribulations in my life, the gospel has given me peace.

How I live my faith

I have been a temple worker in the Provo and Snowflake temple. I have been a Sunday school teacher and worked with the youth. One of the most enjoyable callings I've had in the church is teaching Sunday school.
