Hi I'm David

I grew up in the French Alps. I study PR. I'm Press Officer for a charity and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in the French Alps and only truly appreciated it once I left. I served for two years as a full time missionary in Germany, Frankfurt. As i learned to love others and loose myself in the work, I gained a deep understanding of who I truly was. After my return, I decided to move to Preston, England and study Public Relations. I have become very passionate about it and feel grateful to also being able to do some voluntary work for an international charity event at the same time.

Why I am a Mormon

I always knew that God existed. When I was small I knew that I could always whisper a pray in my heart and my Heavenly Father would hear it. Gradually my testimony grew much deeper than that but has been often put to the test. However I feel as if I owe Him everything that I have. I am so grateful to the Saviour and for his Atonement. This is what drives me to never give up. Every day is a new opportunity not only to do good, but actually better.

How I live my faith

I once made the analogy that Faith is like a motor. You need courage for fuel and obedience what the price to pay. That's the only way to make your faith move forward. It doesn't only influence my spiritual life. It also makes a difference with my relationships with others. It guides me with my plans and goals I have set for myself. It distincts me from others in the work place. It simply brings out the best out of me and fills me with joy.
