Hi I'm Daniel

I want to be a doctor. I love all kinds of music. I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I enjoy all kinds of activities. Hiking, sports, reading, and lots of stuff in between. I attended Brigham Young University for a couple of semesters, and loved it. I don't know what I want to do yet when I get older, but I'm leaning towards the medical field. So I took an anatomy class in college and that was really fun examining the body and finding out how some of it works. There is no way that we could have gotten these amazing bodies without a creator. I come from a family of five. I have four sisters. When I was younger this used to frustrate me, because I was always outnumbered when it came to making decisions like what movie to see or where we were going to eat, because we almost always ended up seeing chick-flicks or going to olive garden. :) But as I've grown in maturity and age I've come to really appreciate the things that growing up in an estrogen dominant household has taught me. Because I know that the Lord gives each of us unique circumstances customized to each of our unique personalities, to give us the best opportunity to be our best. So I believe our future is best determined by our attitude rather than our circumstances.

Why I am a Mormon

So I was born into a family that was mormons, in Utah of course. But that isn't why I'm still a mormon. I am a mormon because it makes me happy. Thats really all there is to it. It feels really good to be a mormon and to live it. At this point I couldn't picture myself ever having a desire to leave this church. I have had so many experiences where I have felt the power of the Holy Ghost tell me that this church is true. So thats how I know it is. It might seem illogical to base your life off of a feeling, but once you've felt it you realize that there really isn't anything more logical. So I really hope that everyone will someday feel like I do, because its pretty much the best feeling in the world. Even though I still experience a lot of difficult things, I am always happy, and will be, because of my knowledge of the truth, and my, Savior Jesus Christ. And no one can take that away from me.

How I live my faith

Right now I am serving a mission in the Great Kentucky Louisville Mission. This means that everyday I get to bear my testimony of my Savior to many others and hope that through my efforts I will be able to bring many others unto Christ.
