Hi I'm Blaine

I come from a family of 15. I speak Croatian and have the hopes of becoming a doctor. I am a mormon.

About Me

I am a student in college. I love learning. If I ever have a question that I dont know the answer to, I google it and learn as much about that subject as I possibly can. I want to be an Orthopedic Surgeon and work with sports patients. I love everything about sports. I played football and wrestled in high school. I also love getting together with friends and playing any kind of pick-up game. I enjoy the outdoors, especially hiking. I have 7 brothers and 5 sisters. Family has always been someting that I cherish. I served a full 2 year mission in the country of Croatia which is part of former Yugoslavia.

Why I am a Mormon

To me, “to be a mormon” means more than just being born into a family that is already members of the church. It means more than just being baptized. To me, it even means more than having a testimony that everything about the Church is true. To be a mormon means to wake up every morning and deciding to do everything possible to be more like the Savior. To be mormon means TO BE a true disciple of Jesus Christ.   I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints because I know and feel with every fiber of my body that this is Christ's church. The church stands for the teachings of Jesus Christ and what He wants us to become. I cannot completely follow Jesus Christ without follwing the teachings of the Church. I cannot follow the teachings of the Church without completely following Jesus Christ. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is the one and only church, on all of the earth, that has the authority, directly from Christ, to do His will. I am a member because I choose to be; because I want to be. Every morning I wake up I have the desicion of whether or not I want to be a Mormon; whether or not I want to be a disciple of Jesus Christ. And every morning I choose to be a mormon.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by choosing to become something better than what I currently am.
