Hi I'm Collin

I like to eat eight apples and bananas. Hakuna Matata. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm grateful for the life I lead. I was born the youngest in a great family where I learned the peaceable way of life, took after the examples of my parents and am completely happy with the way things are going. I like to think a lot before I do anything so that I get it done right the first time. I believe that's what really makes me who I am although it gets me in trouble sometimes. Imagine that! I know I've got it good so I'm spending my life helping others have the same. That's why I am a missionary for The Church Of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and I serve in the Tennessee Knoxville Mission. Here, I get to learn even more of the fine things in life that can't be learned anywhere else and help others be blessed. Also, I like being in the great outdoors. But only the great ones.

Why I am a Mormon

It starts because my favorite question is "why?". You can't answer all the "Why"s without God. So how do I know who God is? What is he like? What does he want? Why should I care about what he wants? Have an open heart and start looking for answers. Lucky me, I was so close to the truth right from the very beginning that I didn't have to look for very long at all. My parents were mormons and my parent's parents were mormons too! If one truly wishes to know the truth and is willing to do something about it, God will find that "one" sooner or later. I read the Book of Mormon, asked God if it was true, and received an undeniable answer that it is. Start there!

How I live my faith

Life is full of decisions!! Think of it: whether it be big or small, a decision is made in every waking moment. (oh hey, by the way! did you decide to "think of it"?) 1. As much as possible I strive to ask "What decision should I make right now in order to end up in the best situation in the end?" (which is with Heavenly Father). Whether or not I follow through with the answer is sometimes a different story--Which brings me to the next point: 2. Repent. Repentance means change. I focus on Him who I promised to follow when I was baptized and then I change to become like Him. Jesus Christ showed us what is right. If I'm not in the right I'll do my best to get there! Right now I live my faith by helping others find their way to the truth for two whole years!
