Hi I'm Benjamin

I grew up in St. George and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Im going to college right now and thinking about studying in elementary education with the goal of becoming a 5th or 6th grade teacher. I can speak spanish which I learned while serving a two year mission for the LDS church in Argentina. I enjoy woodworking and I love going waterskiing during the summer.

Why I am a Mormon

Being from Utah I guess it's no surprise that I am a mormon but it never has meant that I never had a choice. Throughout my life I have seen friends and even family members that stopped following the beliefs of the LDS (or mormon) church and I'm proud to say that I looked at their lives and decided that I wanted to be a better person and the beliefs that are taught in the church help me to do that. I know that this church is true because it follows the same teachings and organization that Jesus Christ established while he was on the earth. I also know through my own experiences that Jesus Christ really is the redeemer of us all and that he died for us. I have prayed about this things and about the church and have received my own answers that it is true.

How I live my faith

In my ward I do my best to participate in all the ward activities that I can and be supportive of others when I can. I also participate in family history work and I help others to understand the basics in looking up their ancestry and the importance that it has in our modern day lives.
