Hi I'm Bryant

I'm a husband, father, mechanical engineer, mountainbiker, and a Mormon.

About Me

After serving a mission in sweden, I went to college. I am married to a wonderful woman and we raised four great kids. We tried to put family first as I finished my education in mechanical engineering. I worked in the aerospace industry on a variety of space projects. I continued to get a masters degree and like to learn.

Why I am a Mormon

Growing up in Illinois, I did not have very many Mormon friends. I was raised in the church by faithful parents, but had to find out for myself if God really speaks to modern prophets. I studied and prayed and felt over time the good and peaceful feeling that is characteristic of the Holy Ghost confirming truth to my soul. Being the logically thinking type, the theology of the LDS church answers the questions of mankind's existence, why are we here? What is our purpose? The Lord satisfied my desire to know these basic truths. I now live in Arizona with many Mormons and still have the opportunity to serve in the church. I am a Mormon because the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints gives me the best opportunities to be happy in this life as well as the next.

How I live my faith

While navigating through the ups and downs of life we quickly learned how to rely on the spirit and realize the essential role of these simple acts in life that keep our faith in Jesus Christ strong: daily scripture study, prayer, and church attendance. We also serve in the church by working with the nursery children and our church's community family history center where we help people find our more about their ancestors.
