Hi I'm Joy Cox Reece

I'm a Mormon. I served a mission to Bristol England in 1984-1986. I have 3 children. I teach 3rd grade.

About Me

I am married to Norman G. Reece, Jr. I teach 3rd grade. I love to bake, sew, and work with children. I am currently working in the Primary. I love kids. I have 3 children. Each have served or is currently serving a mission.

Why I am a Mormon

I love being a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I know that Jesus Christ is the Savior of the World. Because of the Atonement of Jesus Christ, we all can return to his presents. Yes there are rule and ordinances for all of us to follow. We must decide to if we want to follow him completely. It is our choice to decide to be obedient. I am grateful for the restoration of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I know that the Book of Mormon has been translated to us in our day. I also know that the Priesthood has been restored, which Priesthood is the authority to act in God's name. I am grateful it has been my reward to be raised in the the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I know that He stands at the helm of this church.

How I live my faith

I have had the privilege to serve in many different areas in the Church. I love working with the children and the youth. It is wonderful to see the growth in our young people. They have such great faith. They have great desires to do the right things. I realize they will be leaders in our Church and our communities in the near future. Many of our youth, are strong and determined individuals.
