Hi I'm Michele

I grew up just east of the LA X airport. I'm getting my degree in psychology while I work at a university.

About Me

I'm a newlywed going to college and working full time. Even though I'm busy I'm so happy all the time I could just burst! I am married to a kind, respectful, soft spoken man who is the joy of my life. He supports me in all I do. I have taken piano lessons since I was 8 (for almost 10 years) and organ lessons since I was 12 and I love playing the piano and organ for relaxation and for church. I enjoy hiking and kayaking with my husband and also camping in our travel trailer. I love our little menagerie of 2 dogs and 3 cats dearly.

Why I am a Mormon

I know that all that I am and all that I have comes from God and without Him I am nothing. I am so thankful to Him for all the blessings I have that enrich my life! I have chosen to be a member of His church and follow His teachings and have found so much joy in living His commandments. I have a testimony that since the beginning of time there have been prophets on the earth testifying of Jesus Christ and there is still a living prophet and apostles on the earth today. Christ's Church is alive and well and is still on the earth today and set up as it was when Christ was here upon the earth. Christ is still the head of His church and leads it today. I know that in following Christ's teachings I am blessed. God has promised that in obedience to his word that there are promises from Him of blessings and rewards. My life is peaceful and wonderful and so full of blessings and rewards.

How I live my faith

Jesus said to "Love One Another". I live and breath that with all my heart. At work, at home, in my community, at the grocery store, no matter where I am I truly treat others as though they are my brothers and my sisters. It makes life a wonderful thing. My husband and I by accident stopped watching TV quite some time ago and instead we are out there living our lives more instead of watching others live theres on the television. It has allowed us to have more family time. I think that talking with each other and having more family time has been so great, and it has also helped us be able to donate more time to service projects at our church.
