Hi I'm Net

I grew up in Thailand. I have two beautiful children. I love to cook. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in Thailand. Thai in my fist language. I came to America for the first time to serve a mission. I was able to learn to speak English and learn to love the people, and I'm learning new things everyday from wonderful people around here in the U.S. I'm a stay-home mom and I'm grateful for this opportunity to be able to take care of my kids at home. I have a degree in food science so food is a big part of my family. Baking is a fun part of of living in the U.S because I wouldn't have that opportunity in Thailand since not every house has an oven. I just love being here.

Why I am a Mormon

If you grew up in Thailand you are automatically a Buddhist. I had the opportunity to meet with the sister missionaries 18 years ago. They invited me to to read the Book of Mormon and pray about it. They told me the story of Joseph Smith. I took their challenge and prayed about it. I knew that there was something special about this church. After seeking the answer through prayer and reading the scripture I knew that this church is true and I'm so thankful for the confirmation from the spirit.

How I live my faith

This is my favorite part about being in the church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints: you get to serve so many people in different ways. I was a teacher for the seven, turning eight year old class. I loved it. I knew Heavenly Father loves them so much and He wants them to learn so many things to get ready to be baptized. I love to see them get so excited for their baptism. Now I get to work with the women adults. What a neat organization we have. We do so many activities together to help each other to learn to be better moms, better wives, and better friends. We also get to have a companion to go out monthly to visit a few ladies to make sure that they are doing well. I have learn to become friends with those ladies and I just love being with them.
