Hi I'm Dallas Thompson

I'm a Mormon. I love sports! You name it, I play it. I love my family with all my heart. I'm a "go get em" type of person

About Me

Sports is truly my life! Especially football (but all of them are good). Without sports, I don't think there would be happiness. haha I love my family with all of my heart. They make me whole. I play in a steel band. Hanging out with my friends whether it's wakeboarding, to motorcycle riding, we will always have a good time. I love the beach, Disney land, and Christmas time. I want to go to BYU and become a physicians assistant or physical therapist.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the church. My mom is a convert but my dad also was born into the church. I am a mormon because I know this church is true. The commandments and principles that The church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints has, makes sense. Not only do they make sense, but my soul and heart tell me that it's true. I believe that Heavenly Father gives me feelings through the holy ghost of lessons and revelations. I have to many personal and special miracles happen in my life to write them down, but through this gospel, me and the community has been blessed with miracles. I know through our prophets that we receive modern day scripture to help us in this time of the world. I beleive family and the temple are one of the many keys to eternal glory and happiness. I know for a fact that this is the only true chuch on the earth and I have a testimony of it.

How I live my faith

One of my favorite quotes was from a prophet, I don't remember which one, but he said “preach the gospel, and if necessary, use words.” This quote really talkes how we need to put the lessons into our lives and put them into play. People recognize when you are a “light” and when necessary, I will bear my testimony of the truthfulness of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I live my faith by obeying my church leaders and parents. I know that they have the things we need so that we may improve ourselves to go up against “the world”. I live my faith by just teaching by example, and I truly think that that is the best way to teach others.
