Hi I'm Melinda

I love music, children and the outdoors. I am a nurse. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am married to my dream husband and we are excited for our first baby that is coming soon! I graduated from nursing school and loved to learn about the human body and how it works- it is amazing! I am training right now for a triathlon and love to have the challenge of enduring even when it isn't easy. I love music and can feel the Holy Ghost bear witness to me of truths of this church when I sing and play inspired hymns on my violin. I know that music can be used to bless others lives as well as my own. I love to be outdoors especially in the mountains with my husband, I can feel the love of my Heavenly Father all around me as I enjoy the beauty of his creations. Gazing at the stars at night in the summer is one of my favorite things and helps me realize that my purpose and destiny is eternal- my choices here will determine what kind of path I will walk in the life to come. I love my family and am so happy I get to be together with them forever if I will keep my promises I have made to my Heavenly Father. I am happy to be sealed in the Holy Temple with my sweetheart..

Why I am a Mormon

I love being a member of Jesus Christ's true church because of the happiness and peace that it gives me. It give me purpose in life and a sure foundation. Bad things will happen and hard times will come, but I know that through it all if I have faith in my Savior Jesus Christ I can endure through it all. I have had some hard things happen to me in my life, but by choosing to see the good and trust in my Heavenly Fathers plan for me i am able to look back and see how much each experience has helped me grow. I have two twin older brothers who died at birth due to complications. I try to live each day remembering that they would want me to live a good life and make them proud. I know if I do that I will be able to see them again some day.

How I live my faith

I live my faith each day by looking out for others who may need a lift or help in some way. I try to treat and interact with others as Jesus did while he was here on the earth. I am striving to become more loving and patient in my interactions with people at work, school and in my community. I enjoy serving others and especially love playing with children! I can't wait to be a mother and have children of my own.
