Hi I'm Kirt Womack

I'm a Latter-day Saint who enjoys meeting new people and helping others. I have the most amazing wife and family.

About Me

I learned Spanish on my mission and have spent much of the past thirty years working with my Hispanic brethren. I have a had few different careers including fighting forest fires, working in the aerospace industry, retails sales management and a project manager in manufacturing. Mostly I am just an average guy that the Lord has blessed beyond belief. For some reason that I have yet to understand He has used me in several different ways to help build his Kingdom. More and more I find myself truly "hungering" for the scriptures and the words of the leaders of the church.

Why I am a Mormon

I am the type of person who doesn't really take anybody's word on anything. My favorite part of the Gospel is that I can receive a witness from the Holy Ghost on all matters spiritual. The other thing that I enjoy about the Gospel is that it encourages me to do the very things that I enjoy doing. It teaches me to accept everyone as my brothers and sisters and to treat them as my Heavenly Father and His son Jesus Christ would treat them. I am infinitely grateful that I live on this earth at a time when the gospel in its' fullness is on the earth including the Priesthood to bless our lives.

How I live my faith

I just try to live each day as well as I can and to be grateful for what I have. One thing that I have learned is that for every person I become a friend with is one more friend that I have and you can never have too many friends. I have served in several leadership positions and currently serve in trying to help others teach the Gospel at church and in their homes.
