Hi I'm Samantha

I grew up in Washington. I'm a stay at home mother. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a mother of a beautiful two year old girl. She keeps me pretty busy and is loads of fun. I also have a baby boy on the way, he is due in march. I recently started sewing and I love to draw and love my family.

Why I am a Mormon

My husband grew up in the church. I didn't grew up with religion. Sometimes I would go to youth groups with friends or a Christian church with my uncle. I couldn't find a religion that i felt was right or had members that actually practiced what was being taught. After I married my husband I became more interested in the church. At first I had a lot of questions and I started to attend sacrament. I soon found myself wanting to know more and started meeting with the missionaries. I realized the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints had everything i was looking for in religion. When I was baptized I felt like a part of me was filled. Now I can't imagine my life without the gospel.

How I live my faith

My husband and I teach the eleven and twelve year old boys and girls. I love my calling because i get to teach the gospel and at the same i get to learn the gospel. I also attend church meetings whenever possible and attend church almost every Sunday.

How can I know Mormonism is true?

Samantha
When attending a sacrament meeting or meeting with the missionaries I would feel a sense of joy and calm. I would pray to Heavenly Father and ask if the church was true. I would also read scriptures. These simple things told me the church was true and I have never felt otherwise. Show more Show less
