Hi I'm Tim

I have 3 children, two are adopted from China, a wonderful wife and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a CPA and work for a telephone company. I have been married for 24 years, have 3 children with two adopted from China. My family is very important to me. My favorite hobbies are: working on home improvement projects, bicycling, and canoeing. I also like camping but with a wife and 3 girls that don't, I don't camp anymore.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born a member of the church. However, when I was a teenager I stopped going until after I was married. I knew that there was something missing in my life and when my daughter was born I looked into her eyes and knew that the Lord was entrusting me to raise this daughter of God right and started going to church again. The church is a wonderful blessing to myself and my family. We had the opportunity to be sealed as a family for all time and eternity. This enables us to be a family after we pass on.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to be the best father I can, a caring and loving husband, helping out in the community by being on the local school board, and helping to keep the books straight for church as the clerk.

Can a husband and wife be together forever? Do Mormons believe that families will live together in heaven?

Tim
I have had many wonderful spiritual experiences in the Temple and one of those was when I was sealed to my wife and three children. When you are in the Temple, the worries of the world vanish away and you feel at peace. Show more Show less
