Hi I'm Meli Francelly

I love to travel. I love languages and want to learn them all! And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hi there. I'm Melissa. I have 8 brothers and sisters. I love my family. I love meeting new people. I love travelling. I love to dance. I love learning. I'm a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Before becoming a missionary I spent 2 years in France. I worked as an au-pair speaking english to two french kiddos. It was amazing, I learned so much from this experience. It was so neat to see them progress in english and at the same time I grew and progressed in french.

Why I am a Mormon

My mother was a convert to the church. Growing up she always took us to church. Even though I went to church my whole life, I didn't realize how strong my testimony was until I was in France. While I was there I found myself going to church on my own. I didn't need my mom to email me asking me if I was going to church. I wanted to be there. There's something special about this church. Before I left for France my family and friends thought I was crazy because I didn't know anyone there. But I think deep down I knew that as long as I went to church, it would all be ok. That's something that I love about the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, that no matter where you go people will welcome you with a smile.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving as a missionary. Being a missionary isn't always easy. But I don't think I've ever been this happy. I can't think of anything better to do with my time than to serve Gods children and to be an instrument in His hands. I love this work. I love teaching people what I know to be true. Teaching them that families can truly be together forever. Teaching them that God love us and knows us individually. That He wants us to return to Him and the only way we can do that is through His son Jesus Christ.
