Hi I'm Jason

What can I say? I love life, my friends, family and God. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a 19 year old kid, who enjoys what most kids my age do: Hanging out with friends and having a good time. I love to challenge myself and my knowledge, and strive to learn something new everyday. I am fascinated my Science and by Politics and love to follow both. I am preparing myself to be able to one day serve a Mission for the Church.

Why I am a Mormon

Both of my parents are members, and I was born and raised in the church. For most of my life, I based my testimony off of the testimony of my parents. I believed, because they believed. But when I was 16, I knelt in earnest prayer, and asked God to let me know that this church was true. I knew that God would answer my prayers if I but asked, and he did. The spirit spoke strongly to me that this is the true Church of Jesus Christ, and that God did hear and answer my prayer. Since then, my testimony of the truthfulness of the Gospel has lead my in my life, and influenced the decisions that I have made. Through constant prayer, I know that Jesus Christ is lives, and that he died for me, and that God hears my prayers and loves me individually. With this knowledge, my life has been filled with happiness and love.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by simply being the best that I can be. Trying to follow Christ's example I offer what assistance I can to those who are in need. I hold my head up and remember His teachings whenever I am met with challenges, and continually strive to be better than what I am. I am quick to share my faith with those who will listen. I love to spend time with the Missionaries, and help them teach people of Jesus Christ.

How can I know Mormonism is true?

The only way to know for sure, is by asking God through earnest prayer. In the New Testament, James directs us that "If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men Liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given unto him." (Jame 1:5) By asking God if the things which you have learned are true, you will receive an answer. Show more Show less
