Hi I'm Peggy

I'm a grandma, a great grandma and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in Georgia and grew up in Florida. I have four daughters, seventeen grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. I love playing with my grandbabies and teaching them about Jesus Christ and his love for them and me and others.

Why I am a Mormon

I first came in contact with the Mormon church in Florida. When I would come home from work the missionaries would be on my porch waiting on me. I used to chase them off and they would leave every time, but I soon found out that I was wrong because now I love the Mormon church. Although, I did not listen to their message in Florida I did meet the missionaries again Georgia. I prayed one night in my "praying closet" and I asked the Lord to send me guidance and lead me to somewhere to go to church. The next day two missionaries came to my door. My grandson opened the door and I went downstairs and I had the chance to meet two missionaries. This time I listened to their message and it was wonderful. I was baptized soon after. We are all serving the same God. I know Heavenly Father has forgiven for me for chasing the missionaries off my porch in Florida. He has lead me to his true church through his missionaries.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to come to church every Sunday and by reading my scriptures. I have so much love for the people in this church. I also live my faith by being an example to my family, daughters, and grandkids.
