Hi I'm Angelyn

I'm a Mormon. I'm Mom to 4 amazing boys and wife to 1 amazing husband. I love music, scrap booking, running and being outdoors.

About Me

I grew up in a large family in Idaho. From a young age I learned the value of hard work (we lived on a farm). I attended college at Brigham Young University and met my fun loving, awesome husband Ben. I am a very happy and upbeat person. I love being involved. Some of my interests are running, swimming and biking. I also enjoy music, reading a good book, scrap booking and good food. I love meeting new people and serving in the church and community. I guess you could say that my life revolves around my family. With 4 boys ranging from 2-18, I keep very busy attending to their needs and activities.

Why I am a Mormon

I was baptized in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints when I was 8 years old. I was raised in a large and loving family by 2 devoted parents who took us to church every Sunday. My childhood and adolescence were literally story book perfect. My parents loved all 8 of us unconditionally and taught us to work hard, respect others and most of all to serve God. I believe that I had a testimony of the gospel planted in my heart from a very young age. As I grew and experienced life, my testimony of the Book of Mormon, living prophets and the values our church teaches also grew with me. I have a firm conviction that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints teaches true principles. I know from my life's experiences that without the things I know, I would be lost. I can honestly say that my membership in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints has brought me so much joy and happiness. The emphasis the church puts on family is so important to me. I am so grateful for the relationship I have developed with my Savior.

How I live my faith

I love serving in the church. My first love is the youth of the church. I have been able to work with the teenagers and attend camps and youth conferences, dances and service projects with them. This is always so fun and uplifting. I am currently working with our children's organization. I love to hear the little ones sing and witness of Jesus. Our ward is like one big family with everyone working together to help one another.
