Hi I'm Elizabeth

I'm married to my childhood sweetheart. I'm a mother of 4. I love chocolate, fashion, and world travel. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a city girl from California. I'm a convert and I was baptized at 17 years old. I live a busy life with my husband of 12 years and our 4 children. I'm currently a college student studying Clinical Nutrition. I speak Spanish, and I'm proud of my Cuban and Mexican heritage. I have 1 sister, and no brothers. I love all things food, fitness, and foreign (especially languages). I studied the French language in highschool and some in college. My dream is to one day become fluent. I'm grateful to have lived in Bahrain and Italy, and the different cultures I've experienced during my travels. I hope to live overseas again, and I'm always planning our next vacation. I believe in hard work, perseverance, forgiveness, and self-made manicures.

Why I am a Mormon

My family can be together forever, even beyond death. Everything this gospel teaches is to ensure my happiness here on earth, and to help build my eternal family. I know Jesus Christ is my Savior, and He died for me, that I can one day return to my Father in Heaven. I know I'm a precious daughter of my Heavenly Father and I feel his love everyday through His blessings showered upon me and my family. I'm grateful to have the Bible, Book of Mormon, and a modern day prophet to help me choose the right and keep me on the path of happiness.

How I live my faith

I know that my small, everyday actions in my home teach my children more about the gospel, than what any lesson at church on Sunday will teach them. I live my faith by trying to be a good example to my husband and children. Living the gospel goes beyond church attendance, scripture study and prayer. I know that faith involves action, and the best way to practice my faith is by serving others. I am grateful for all the callings I've had in church, and the opportunities they have given me to serve. I am grateful to the many choice people, especially women, in my life who have served me and helped me strengthen my testimony. I know the feeling of pure love and happiness, all because I chose to become a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
