Hi I'm Adrienne

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a wife to a wonderful man, mother to three adorable and precious children, a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and a daughter of our Heavenly Father. I have been a homemaker for the past 16 years and have volunteered much of my time to service in my children's schools and to the Church. I have enjoyed all that I have learned and the amazing and supportive people I have met throughout my journey!

Why I am a Mormon

Like so many, I had a difficult childhood. My biological father was not making good decisions which ended the marriage of him and my mother and severed his legal ties with myself and my four siblings. My mom was so strong and amazing! She remarried a very good man a few years later and he adopted all of us on their wedding day. My mom became inactive in the Church and my adopted father is an atheist so we really didn't have religion in our lives growing up. It wasn't until I was married and the mother of a toddler that I found the Church again. With the support and encouragement of my sweet mother, I contacted the missionaries and invited them to our home. They, in turn, invited me to Church on the very next Sunday and I have been going ever since (it's been almost 16 years). During the last several years I have had many uplifting and spiritual experiences and it has helped me heal from old wounds. Just realizing that I was important and a special individual in our Heavenly Father's eyes has brought great peace into my life. Relying on my Savior has literally changed my life. Nothing has brought me greater happiness than becoming a member of the Church. The teachings have increased my faith and provided a way for me to return, with my family, to our Heavenly Father's presence one day. I have felt His love, witnessed miracles in my life and in the lives of others and have been blessed beyond words.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to be the best example possible to my family and to all those I come in contact with. It's important to me to have them to see our Savior's countenance in my eyes. I have served in many capacities since becoming a member. I have taught the very young children, teenagers, and women of all ages and backgrounds. It has made my faith stronger and has given me the confidence to accomplish many things I never thought possible. But most importantly, through my service, I have developed Christ-like attributes. My desire is to have others feel our Savior's love by my service to them.
