Hi I'm Claudea

I'm a homeschool mom of three. I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I am a wife and mother. I have always wanted to be a wife and mother....now I am blessed to be both! We have three beatiful children. I always wanted a lot of children but due to some health concerns and other issues we didn't have more. Recently we have felt impressed that their were more children for us and we are currently trying to adopt one or two more. I love children! I love homeschooling my children. I consider it a joy to have that opportunity to watch them grow into wonderful young people.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been baptized into this church since I was eight years old but truly didn't have a testimony of this gosel until I was an adult. I have been married about 15 years and my husband was not a member at first. In fact, he has only been a member for three years. I would take my little children and go to church all alone every Sunday for ten years. These were some of the hardest years of my life and I struggled. I felt the only thing I had for support was my faith and Heavenly Father! I prayed alot during these years and I read the Book of Mormon many times. My testimony grew and I knew the truthfulness of this gospel without question. Finally, through living the gospel and keeping the commandments of the Lord, our family was blessed to have my husband join the church! We were sealed together as a family for time and eternity two years ago! I am a Mormon because I know the teachings are true! I feel the teachings are true! I have seen countless blessings come to me because I have been a faithful member in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints! I am extremely grateful to my great great grandparents for accepting this gospel many years ago so that we could share the gospel with others!

How I live my faith

I love the opportunity I have to live my faith! I have held many callings in the church, which is a way we serve in the church. It's a job we are asked to do as members and we do it without pay! I have taught little children from ages four to eleven years old! I have been the president of the chldren's program! I have served the women over eighteen in our ward! And currently, I am serving with young women ages twelve to seventeen years old! I absolutely love serving in this church! I also am a visiting teacher and have several women that I visit on a regular basis and just become better friends with them! I know that although I am serving those in the church, I am ultimately serving a loving Heavenly Father who has given me life and all I have! I am so grateful to be able to serve others and live my faith!
