Hi I'm Corrin

I am Certified Nursing Assistant for hospice. Currently studying to be a nurse in the trauma unit and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in Chicago, Illinois and raised in the North Phoenix area by my adopted parents. I am the youngest out of seven. Throughout my life I have learned to be out going and to take on any opportunity I can. I love music and anything involving the outdoors. Ever since I was twelve I knew that I wanted to be in the medical field. I am currently working as a Certified Nursing Assistant for hospice. I also am going to school to pursue a career in Nursing. My dream is to work a Trauma unit as an Registered Nurse.

Why I am a Mormon

The first day I stepped foot into a Mormon church I felt the happiness, peace, and joy that it brought people. Reading upon the scriptures and attending church with my friend, my faith started to increase. I started to feel happier and closer to the Lord. I prayed about my decision to be baptized wondering if it was the right thing for me to do. I was baptized and confirmed to the church January of 2011 by a good friend. The day of my baptism was one of the happiest days that I have had. Being part of The Church of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints has taught me how to deal with the things in every day life and this is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by surrounding myself with great friends. My friends of the church help me through my struggles, as I do for them. I enjoy reading my scriptures every night so that I am closer to the Lord and seek the answers to my questions. By reading my scriptures it helps me give up the temptations that I have in this life. I also attend church every Sunday so that I can come to a better understanding of the true Gospel.
