Hi I'm Jessica

I write my own music, I run the front desk of a clinic, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm an artist first and foremost. There's nothing like tinkering on the piano, or strumming on the guitar while singing whats in your heart. It doesn't end in music either, I love anything artistic from decorating a room to putting together a magazine collage. Beyond that I work the front desk at a chiropractic office, I'm the second oldest in a family of seven, and I am surrounded by the most amazing friends anyone can ask for.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born in the church. Both of my parents were converts in their teen years, and I was raised in the covenant. I don't pretend to be perfect though, I have had years of struggling and finding who I am. None the less I will always have a strong testimony of the truth and fullness of this gospel. Everyday I feel the love of the savior in my multiple blessing, from having a job in these difficult times, to being surrounded by my family and friends. They are my rock, and the church my foundation. When I forget or waiver, my Best friends keep me on the right track, when I'm upset or downtrodden my family wraps me in the warmth of their love. I'll never be able to thank the lord enough for giving me these amazing people to share my life with, and know that it isn't just temporal, but we can all be together eternally.

How I live my faith

My favorite way is to participate in any of the musical or stage opportunities my stake offers. Being more artistically inclined, this is always personally fulfilling. Being able to share my love of music and the arts with others. As far as callings go, my personal favorite was teaching in primary. The children are so eager to learn of the savior and his plan. They suck up even the smallest detail. Ill never forget one of my primary children who grew up and went to Young Womens telling me of a lesson I taught that I didn't even remember teaching :D . They are such treasures.
