Hi I'm Misa Morreall.

I love to learn about different cultures and travel. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, but grew up in New York. In high school, I played softball and played the clarinet in band. I was also a member of National Honor Society, Student Government, IB Club, and the Math Club. I took four years of Spanish, two years of French, and a semester of American Sign Language. I attend Brigham Young University-Provo. I volunteer for Student Alumni and BYU Student Association. I am majoring in business and I am involved in the Women in Business Club and MUSA. I volunteer for Make-A-Wish. I am an avid sports fan. I love playing baseball and watching basketball, football, rugby, swimming and gymnastics. I love being organized. I love listening to music. I like hot-tubbing. I like to swim for fun and read books outside. I love to create and design things, whether it be home movies or floor plans of buildings. I rarely paint, but I like to. I love cultures. I love exploring. I love to travel the United States with my family. We visit historical sites, beaches, theme parks, and restaurants with delicious food. Spicy food is my favorite! Currently, I am serving as a missionary in the Armenia Yerevan Mission (which covers Georgia and Armenia). I am assigned to speak Armenian. In the future, I hope to finish my studies at BYU and be married and sealed to the companion of my heart. I hope to have a successful career, one that allows me to provide for and raise my children well. I hope to travel the world with my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, but I didn't always know the church was Christ's true church. When I was sixteen, I wanted to know for myself if what I had been taught all of my life was true. I wanted to know if God really did exist and if He truly knew me, if Joseph Smith was a prophet who saw God and if the Book of Mormon was true. I knew that if I found these all to be true, then I would know that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is Christ's true church. I decided to read the Book of Mormon everyday over the summer and pray about what I read. Each day, I noticed God's hand in my life. I felt of His love for me. I felt happy all of the time. I became converted to Him. I gained a testimony of the truthfulness of the Book of Mormon. I know that it is the word of God. I know that Joseph Smith was a prophet of God. I know that God knows and loves me individually. I testify that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is God's only church and contains the fulness of Christ's gospel.

How I live my faith

As a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, I continually work at being the best person I can be. I strive to be honest, true, chaste, benevolent, kind, loyal, charitable, friendly and loving at all times and in all places. I have faith in Christ. I hope and trust in Him. I try to live my life so that I can have perfect love for others. My favorite way to express love and appreciation for others is by doing small deeds to show that I care. I hope that through my example, others can come closer to Christ and gain a testimony that He lives and loves them.
