Hi I'm Cooper

I wrestled in college and am currently a member on the Prison SWAT team. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love being active. I wrestled at Grand Canyon University and now work as a corrections officer. I enjoy the fast pace action my job offers but I "love" coaching high school wrestling. I enjoy working out and hanging out with my friends. I served a spanish speaking mission in Houston TX. It was there where I learned how to implement church into my everyday life.If you have any questions feel free to ask me.

Why I am a Mormon

I don't know where to begin.... I was born and raised in the church but It was on my mission where I gained a true knowledge of the gospel. I was fortunate enough to serve the people of Houston TX. I learned how to work hard and have fun while living the gospel. Since then I have had quite a journey. In my job I see the difference between people who have the gospel in there lives and those that don't. It has also made it very evident that Satan does exist and is being proactive. I don't know how many times my heavenly father has blessed me, weather it be with protection at work or in my social endeavors. I truly do believe that the best and only way to have happiness in life is by living the gospel of Jesus Christ. I have seen and experience to much to say other wise.

How I live my faith

As I said before. The church has made me into the person I am today. I devoted 2 years of my life to serving the people of Houston TX. I now work full time but on my days off I volunteer at the local High School and coach wrestling. I wish I could explain how rewarding it is to see kids work hard and have success reaching their goals. I have learned that when you forget yourself and focus on others, you are doing the will of the lord. When I am doing that, I have peace and true happiness in my life.I invite everyone to do service in anyway that you can. This simple concept has made all the difference in my life :)
