Hi I'm Rebekah Wooden

I'm a Utah girl! A licensed cosmetologist, With a huge love for sports! And I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I am a licensed cosmetologist with a love for sports! I grew up with three younger brothers and a competitive streak in me! Music is what gets me through rough moment. One day I will travel the world and visit all the art exhibits, history museums and ice cream shops the world has to offer!

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up with a Mom that has had The Gospel of Jesus Christ her whole life and with a Dad that is a convert to the Church when he was a little kid. I have gained a testimony of the power that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter - Day Saints can have in your life when you are willing to search and ponder the scriptures and pray to our Father in Heaven! I know that though him my life can be one of joy and happiness. I may and will have ups and downs but I know for a fact that none of that will matter and I will make it through it all as I put my faith and trust in him! I am a Mormon because I know that my Father in Heaven loves me and that this gospel is the only true way to live and receive the blessing he has for me!

How I live my faith

Growing up in the Gospel of Jesus Christ I gained a testimony of keeping the Sabbath day holy. I played soccer as a kid and all the way up until I graduated high school. I would travel all over the country getting to play the sport I loved. When I first started playing my family had a rule of no sports on Sundays. It was easy to follow but as I got older most tournaments were played over the weekend with championship games on Sundays. I was old enough to make the choice for myself if I was going to follow what I had been taught or if I was going to change and play on Sundays with my teams. As I took time to fast and pray about it I came to the decision that if I didn't play on Sundays, Heavenly Father would bless me and allow me to play for as long as I wanted to with no major injuries and I would have a successful career. I have been able to see these blessing magnified in my life fully and it has built and strengthened my faith and testimony in the Gospel of Jesus Christ and in my Heavenly Father. That he knows who I am personally and that he always has an eye on me.
