Hi I'm Nick

I'm a Washingtonian. I love to play sports and spend time with my family. I work at a bank in Seattle. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a husband and father. My wife and I have three children (plus one on the way). Our family is very excited to have a new baby in our home. My favorite things to do are: study the gospel, serve in the church, spend time with family, play basketball and golf, and root for my Seattle sports teams, especially Washington Huskies football and basketball. I work for a bank. I really enjoy my job and hope to be a banker for a long time.

Why I am a Mormon

I believe with all my heart that the LDS Church is the only church on earth that contains the fullness of the gospel of Jesus Christ. I believe this to be true because God has made it known to me through the power of the Holy Ghost and I cannot deny it. The church is led by a modern-day prophet who is directed by God. The church is run the exact same way it would be run if Christ were on the earth today. The church has solutions for all of life's challenges and teaches us everything we need to do to find joy in this life and return to live with God and His Son in heaven and be happy with Him for eternity.

How I live my faith

My faith affects everything I do everyday, mostly because I try to do what Jesus would do every moment of my life. I'm far from perfect in following Christ's example, but it is my objective and something that I'm constantly thinking about. I also live my faith by praying morning and night, reading scripture everyday, and attending my church meetings faithfully. My wife and I are focused on teaching our children about Jesus everyday. We teach with our words and strive to lead by example, knowing that our actions speak much louder than our words.
