Hi I'm Nick

I'm a Mormon. I am growing up in Port Angeles WA. I live life to; learn, love, serve, challenge myself, and to enjoy all moments.

About Me

I am a thinker. Not a engineer, not a scientist, and not even a great mathematician. I like to break apart and reconstruct thoughts. Your thoughts and my thoughts are extremely interesting. The reason why i like to do this is because I've learned some pretty cool things that have been true for me. I love people and i am going on a mission and i am planning on coming back and getting a degree in psychology. Hopefully, i spelled it right. I have had a good life. My family has gone through tough times. Some related to car accidents others with drugs and alcohol. Yes we have gone through tough times, yet something amazing happened, we have been reminded to turn out and not get overwhelmed with selfish needs and we found help. I know that i found Jesus Christ and heavenly fathers love in my life. I know the book of Mormon is true. Seek, Ponder, and Pray.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon. That doesn't mean i am a rock hard type won't let other thoughts of other religions in my head kind of guy. I will freely talk about religion, until arguments arise, after that I get rigid. I am a Mormon because of what i found after i was baptized. I grew up in this church. I was baptized at eight. I was a ordained a deacon at twelve, and then i began to search, to ponder, to ask, and tried to listen. At this time i found out a little about how diverse my school was. I noticed how different my friends lives were from mine. This situation stayed the same till i graduated High School. I can recall standing alone in my beliefs, other students grew up with different goals. Few of those goals ever led to studying about religion. I however, had goals that drove me to find faith in the scriptures. I eventually asked in prayer if it was all true. I needed know and God helped me. I know this is true i testify of it daily and I've witnessed the love and the atonement in my life.

How I live my faith

I am a Eagle scout, contributing hundreds hours. I am a servant of the Church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints. I have ministered helping the Elderly and have spent days assisting them that need help. I do love the ward and community. I built about a 18 foot tall chain link backstop for a park. I have painted a school. I've Spent days at end at food banks delivering and storing food. I have had the opportunity to meet many people. Overall i am thankful for the chance to serve. I love the lord and count the blessings that i can give, and i haven't stopped counting.
