Hi I'm James McNab

I am a missionary in the Texas McAllen Mission, a High school graduate, an eagle scout, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a missionary in the Texas McAllen mission. I grew up in Washington, graduated from High School. I love music, sports and taking naps, but more than anything I love the gospel of Jesus Christ and the happiness it brings to the lives of people who follow it.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church, and while growing up, I gained an testimony in Jesus Christ as my Savior, it has since grown and grown as I have red the scriptures, prayed, and strive to follow his gospel. I could say my parents are why I'm a Mormon, and they aren't the only people who have set an example and strengthened my faith simply by being near them, my church friends, leaders, teachers, bishops, and of course the presidency of the church. But my testimony and faith are my own, I know that this church is true, that Jesus Christ lives, that there is a living prophet on the earth today, and that the Book of Mormon is holy scripture, like the bible, that will bring us closer to Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I am involved in my church, I mostly help organize, and participate in events like service projects. I go home teaching, checking with members, asking if there's anything I can do, and also give a spiritual lesson while I'm there.Since becoming a missionary, I go out full time, everyday, to share the wonderful message about Christ and how we can find happiness through him in our lives and the lives of our families. I am far from perfect, but I try my best in every situation, I always try to improve, whether it's in speech, actions, or trying to be an example of my Savior Jesus Christ.
