Hi I'm Geri

I'm a Mormon. I grew up in a small town in northern Utah. I like to travel and visit my children, who live all over the world.

About Me

I am married and have 6 grown children and 8 grandchildren. I have my own business as a consulting dietitian. My specialty is geriatrics. I started working with older people when I was teenager and helped to take care of my grandmother. I love older people. My family has a fruit and vegetable farmit is a CSA. We contract to raise organic fruits and vegetables for other families. The farm is a CSA (Comunity Supported Agriculture). I enjoy music play the organ, piano, and like to sing.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a sixth generation member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I am fortunate to have always believed the teachings of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Among the many gifts the Lord has given me is the gift of faith in our Lord and Savior Jesus Chirsit who died that we might live again.

How I live my faith

My personal worship includes daily reading the scriptures and praying to God. My current church responsibility is to help local members of the church gain access to government programs that will help them to over come current trials such as lack of employment, improving their housing, and paying for health care needs. I believe that good music can touch our soul. Music has helped me understand more about the Lord. I sing in the church chior and hope to be able to help others learn more about God through music. When I am asked, I play the organ and piano to accompany congreations. I try to be a good neighbor and help others who I come in contact with.
