Hi I'm Randon

I am outgoing and love to experience all sorts of things, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have four sisters, one brother, and one brother-n-law and I love them and my parents very much. We moved once when I was in the 8th grade and have since been to two different high schools, but I like to say I have been to three because I am still close with many of my old friends. I have done soccer, swim, basketball, and am now doing wrestling thanks to my older brother who converted me from basketball who is now on a mission in Argentina. My oldest sister is also on a mission but in Japan. Family means everything to me and I am eternally greatful for them. I have a burning passion for the outdoors, I make an effort to have exotic and wild experiences, and my favorite season is summer although I am a firm believer in the balance and change of weather.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents were and are still strong in the faith of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints so my beginning is with me being born into the church. However, I know without a doubt for myself that this is the true church. I know this because I have searched, pondered, and prayed about it many many times for myself and the powerful and warming feeling of the Holy Ghost has confirmed it to me. Through trials, challenges, and tribulations the Lord has helped me with it all and because of my faith in him have I been able stand strong. I am a Mormon because it brings me the complete happiness, happiness that I would seek to obtain but never find in all my life without the everlasting Gospel. Everyday I make the choice to pray, study the scriptures, have clean language, be morally clean, and so many other things to be an example of the believers because I know it to be true and I want others to feel Christ's love as I do.

How I live my faith

I actively live my faith by attending all of church each sunday and all other activities affiliated. Also, I make my best efforts to live the teachings of the gospel and grow closer to Christ, Father in Heaven, the Holy Ghost, and family and friends. I partipate in any callings that I recieve and am apart of such being a part of blessing the sacrament each sunday and reaching out and interacting with those who I am affiliated with. Part of that is that once a month my dad, who is my hometeaching companion, and I visit the home of some fammilies in our ward to share a lesson and provide any service. In going hometeaching it has helped to bring their families closer as well as mine because of the spirit it brings. Twice a year I wattch and listen to General Conference which is where the leaders of the church speak and are broadcasted to world. General Conference are very special times of the year as the prophets and apostles are direct servants of the Lord and lead and direct the people in what we are to do.
