Hi I'm Owen Burton

Hey, I was born in England, raised in Wales, lived in Spain, and now preparing for a mission and I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am unemployed and searching for a job to save for my long awaited mission. I like to play guitar, cycle, exercise, speaking Spanish, read and learn new things.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the church, and it has always been apart of my life, and I have absolutely no idea what i would be without it, and I am glad i do not know. I love the church and all my friends in it.

How I live my faith

I recently moved into this ward here, but have already spent so much time with the Young Single Adults here, and with the ward sister missionaries, helping them in teaching investigators and approaching people with our pass-along cards.

What is the difference between attending church and the temple?

Owen Burton
The church and the temple are two different but extremely important parts of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. The church is more for the physical side of the church the earth, for example, partaking of the sacrament, baptisms and service, and the temple is more for the spiritual side, such as work for the dead and eternal marriage.
