Hi I'm Corinna Michaelis

I grew up in Utah, I have a wonderful family that taught me great principles. I love to laugh and I love to learn. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am currently going to school. I am planning to get a degree in Psychology, and a PhD in Clinical Psychology so I can become a behavioral therapist. I want to heal people from the inside and show them how much potential they have because of the power within them. I also love spending time with happy people that have amazing dreams and insights.

Why I am a Mormon

Although I grew up in Utah, I didn't always understand why the gospel was important. Through many instances and small trials I learned that the only way to accomplish anything in this life is to rely on our loving Heavenly Father. He gives us all the answers we need. He has the recipe to true and eternal happiness. We can be encircled in His love and peace if we let Him. He sent his Son, Jesus Christ, to die for us. He knows our pain, our suffering, our joys, our desires, our worries. Through Him we can be happy, we can be forgiven. The Eternal Father, the Creator, loves us! He loves me, and I love Him, with all the energy of my being. I know this is true through answers to my prayers and the ways in which I am blessed every day. It is only through Him we can come to know our true selves.

How I live my faith

In my activity in the church, I am able to help serve others by volunteering to teach, clean, etc. I know that if I do my part, that I'll be blessed for my efforts. A small act of good goes a long way. I try to keep in mind that we need to exemplify the Savior-He was always serving and out doing good. I wish, even if it's in a small way, that I can be seen doing good by others, and that will hopefully ignite the fire for others to serve and to love.
