Hi I'm Jacque Daly

I am an associate professor for a university and single mother of three beautiful daughters. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a soon to retire university professor. I enjoy reading, sharing the outdoors with my numerous dogs. I enjoy sewing, music, the arts, my friends and family. I am a former goat farmer and homesteader. My heart is in the country!

Why I am a Mormon

I have never felt so peaceful and secure in my testimony of faith until I became a member of the LDS community. My faith continues to build day by day. I had been seeking spiritual guidance for a very long time and a couch for my living room (for a much shorter time) and lo' and behold the Lord guided me to both on a Saturday morning. Life has become so meaningful and I have been blessed many, many times (including the couch)! I know this Church is true and I think God for this faith that continues to grow.

How I live my faith

I live my faith through prayer, serving others in my community and showing kindness and forgiveness to others. I enjoy teaching my Primary class--the children are beautiful, smart, and so much fun. I learn a great deal from them. My work, while stressful, is enriched by my faith and understanding that I have many lessons to learn. Helping others in time of need brings great joy and happiness to others and myself as well--I learn and grow each day as I read the scriptures and try and be humble and loving. There are times I am sure that I have needed a little extra grace to get through some days.
