Hi I'm Abram

I'm a chemistry student and tutor. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm kind of a nerd. I am in college right now studying chemistry. I love it! I have always loved learning and doing well in school. I love movies and having fun. Not much else to say.

Why I am a Mormon

Why am I a Mormon? I am a Mormon because I know that God leads this church and speaks to us today. I am a Mormon because I know that God lives. I know that God loves me and I know he has a wonderful plan for me. My parents divorced when I was in elementary school, I had few friends, moved frequently and wasn't a very happy kid. I guess I had a rough childhood and looking back there are many things I wouldn't wish on anyone. There are so many things that I could be unhappy about. I am a Mormon because with the gospel of Christ I can see past these bad things and see into the wonderful light Christ has given to us. Adhering to the teachings of Christ has never been easy but it has been rewarding. I have seen God's hand in my life too many times to not believe that his teachings are true and that I am in the right place. Living the gospel has given me hope and has made my life something I am proud of. I don't let my past trouble me but I look to the future and the wonderful possibilities it holds. The gospel of Christ has given me perspective, hope, and joy. I don't see any other option than worshiping God especially when all it does is bring me happiness. Being a Mormon has brought me close to God. God has helped me so much that I can't even think of leaving him. I am a Mormon because I know it is the right thing for me.

How I live my faith

I love learning. I have always been good at school and I love learning new things. I love being able to attend Institute classes, and church meetings where I learn about the gospel and how I can better apply it in my life. I teach a class in church with my wife once a month and I love it. I learn so much as the class discusses together and I feel closer to God every time we teach. My faith doesn't hold me back and make me strange. I live my faith every day as a college student. Most of my friends don't share my beliefs but I still live them and let the gospel bless my life. I try and help others whenever I can and I love it. I try every day to be a better person.
